1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery products, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received a wrong product

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fitting issues

  • Color or design preference

  • Wear and tear after use

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

2. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and product images/video

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges, COD charges, or customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacements

If your return is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund if replacement is not available

  • Damage, defective, replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 10 days

Replacement orders are shipped after we receive the returned item or confirm the issue.

5. Cancellation & Non-Returnable Items

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Customized or engraved jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing any items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photographs. Claims after this period may not be accepted.
