All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India: 4 to 7 business days

  • International orders: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier service or our support team within 48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
